Crumpled Paper

Crumple 1

I’ve just completed the final colour project post and Liz especially might like this final technique – Crumpling.  I’ve followed the instructions in Folding Techniques for Designers by Paul Jackson.  Using tissue paper, crumpling and recrumpling to reduce the size of the piece of paper allows for lovely organic forms to be created.

I’d love to find a way to make this in fabric and for the shape to be able to hold long term…thinking, thinking
